The G15 doorset arrives fully finished — no painting on site, no fabrication delays. Double-skinned plastisol-coated galvanised steel with internal reinforcing and an insulated core. Standard and escape versions interchange on-site.

    Galvanised, plastisol-coated, with internal reinforcing and an insulated core.

  • Fire-Resistant Locks

    Mortice locks in standard and escape versions — both fire resistant — easily exchanged on site.

  • 3 Frame Types

    Rebate, Corner Mount and Type 3 frames — for masonry, steelwork or timber walls.

  • Single or Double

    Single-leaf or double-doorsets, with equal or unequal width leaves on doubles.

  • 9 Standard Plastisol Colours

    Black, White, Goosewing Grey, Merlin Grey, Poppy Red, Van Dyke Brown, Ocean Blue, Olive Green, Moorland Green — plus any BS or RAL.

  • Threshold Options

    Standard galvanised, 6mm or 13mm aluminium, embedded or flush — with retractable drop seal option.

  • Limit Stays & Closers

    Telescopic limit stays factory-set to 92°. Adjustable overhead closers with back-check, hold-open or delayed action.

  • Glazing & Louvres

    Vision panels, circular ports and louvre panels available — useful for plant rooms and corridors.

Locks & Escape Furniture

Specify the Lock.

The lock determines the operation — we'll advise the right combination for the door's role. Mortice, panic, digital and high-security cylinders all available, mixed and matched.

Mortice Locks

Standard and escape, both fire-resistant. Triple-point sash locks for central operation. Supplementary deadlocks for extra security.

Panic Bars & Pushpads

Single-latch as standard, with optional top & bottom latch points and outside operation kits.

Push-Button Digital

Combine with mortice locks or panic bars while retaining escape functionality.

Euro Profile Cylinders

Standard and drill-resistant high-security versions. Keying options: differ, keyed alike, master keyed, suites.

Frame Profiles

Three Frame Types.

Choose the right frame for the wall — masonry, structural steel or timber. Angle trims are available for rebate frames to disguise irregular openings.

Rebate Frame

62 × 95 × 45mm profile. Sits flush with the outer wall — for masonry openings with first-fix brackets or second-fix anchors.

Corner Mount Frame

35 × 27 × 44 × 45 × 10mm. Sits onto the wall face — for structural steelwork, with rain canopies as standard.

Type 3 Frame

35 × 27 × 62 × 45 × 10mm. Wraps the opening from both sides — for timber-walled or stud-frame partitions.

Colours

Plastisol Range.

Nine standard plastisol colours, with HPS 200, Pvf2, Celestia, Flexicoat and Stelvetite finishes available. Plain or textured stainless steels and any BS or RAL on request.
